DoerPath tries two methods to get the transcript. If both fail, you'll see "Captions unavailable" and the source won't count toward your limit. You can always paste the content manually instead.
Your sources and extracted knowledge are only visible to you. We use OpenAI for extraction and synthesis — their API doesn't train on your data.
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
